Constitution & Bylaws

At the October 4th general membership meeting held at Arendtsville Elementary School, the final changes to the draft of the new constitution and by-laws were discussed. Wording was simplified in the listing of committees to reflect the content accurately. Other language changes were made in order to clear up questions that arose. The final draft of both the constitution and bylaws are attached below. Please read them. A vote on the proposed constitution and by-laws will be taken at the next general membership meeting which will be held on Tuesday, November 15 at 4:30 at Bendersville Elementary School
